Friendly, on time, come and give a quote, the day after first contacting him. Went through what he was going to do. Sent the quote the next day, a saturday . Texted a few times, had a reply within the hour. First class communication. Cleaned up after work done. Floor looks great. Will use again. Many thanks to Gary, and the lads.
