Could have done something better like properly check the issues prior to concluding after 10-15mins of looking at the boiler.

If I could have got your boiler working I would have but unfortunately I don’t have magical powers to get your part on a Friday night at 8.45pm. I spoke with your landlord and he had agreed to get you a new boiler I explained this to you . Since then he’s cancelled as can’t get the money so maybe vent ur frustration out on him, not the guy who correctly diagnosed issue.
