Gaz told me exactly what would be involved in the job when he quoted even down to the time he would arrive and where he would cut the wood. He was very professional and it's clear to see he has a passion for his work and takes pride in what he does. After having another tradesperson start the project and make a right mess of it i was very nervous but as soon as Gaz started work i could see he knew exactly what he was doing. The stairs look beautiful, I'm so happy with them.
