Also helped to explain how to prevent my drain from backing up again in the future and what tools I could use for DIY solutions going forward to avoid expensive call out charges.

Nathan was good. He wasn’t able to solve my issue due to it being a different issue but he came back with quotes the same day for the larger job. He was clean and tidy and explained what he was doing.
