Fix Toilet Overflow Pipe Dripping
The plumber agreed on sending me a report after completing the job. Since then it's passed four business days, yet I haven't received the report. Meanwhile, the water started to drip from the overflowing again.

Match and Fit Skirting Board
Nathan sent George the carpenter to complete this job. I was dubious as it required expert craftsmanship to match and fit the skirtings to the original, but George arrived with all the materials and tools required - he was done in 4 hours and did an excellent job for us. He was polite, tidy and proactive in communicating and agreeing final finish. Would highly recommend.
