Regular Garden Maintenance Service
Ben Leahy was the last tradesmen to contact me one Saturday afternoon in response to an advert we had placed for a regular garden maintenance job. Initially, he appeared very enthusiastic and visited the property that afternoon. Several telephone conversations and text messages ensued over the following 2 days in which we discussed the precise job requirements and agreed a price, culminating in a lengthy text message from him stating the additional services he was able to offer. After offering him the contract on the Monday evening and requesting he forward a copy of his public liability insurance to our Management Agents, I made many more attempts to contact him again, but there was no further communication from him, apart one text 4 days later, apologising for his lack of contact which stated 'he had a big problem' and would 'call me later that day', which he failed to do. 10 days after offering him the position, and despite further attempts to reach out to him, he has not returned my calls or responded to any of my numerous text messages/emails. Don't waste your time with this tradesman - he is unreliable and not to be trusted.
