Assemble Ikea Hemnes Day Bed
I needed my Ikea bed assembling & Tom was prompt getting in touch & able to come the same day. However, he shown up at 4.15pm & took him 30 mins to tell me his drill was ‘out of charge’ and didn’t have a screwdriver? So I had to source this myself for him. He started at 5pm & I had to tell him to leave at 9pm because the job still wasn’t complete!! He should’ve been done at 6pm latest had his drill been charged & known how to put the bed together right the first time. I checked on him regularly for updates & he said twice that he was ‘nearly done’ which obviously wasn't the case. When I checked for an update at 8.15pm he said ‘I put the frame the wrong way round so it took me longer’ lesson learnt I should’ve gone with Ikea as they would’ve charged me £142 & would’ve been a lot quicker. Very unhappy & waste of money.
