Offer you a realisation of your design from start to finish. We have a team of skilled professionals who are courteous, polite and exceedingly good at their trade.
COST
Cost besides quality is one of the most important factors influencing customer’s choice. We have a practice of keeping everything transparent and provide you with access to online spreadsheet for every project which is updated as we go and you can always check where you are with the money. All this allows us to meet the budget.
DURATION
We try our best to have a good relationship with our clients throughout the works. Our staff is friendly and always helpful but we are still aware that building work needs to be completed on time. That is one of the things we are good at. Smooth progress to meet the deadlines is what makes us competitive.
SCOPE OF WORKS
Starting from the detailed quotation and keeping you informed at all times makes everything easier. You know what you are paying for from the beginning. No hidden extras.
We hold Public Liability insurance and employers insurance for every project.
We only use skilled tradesmen who are registered with appropriate professional bodies. In short, your plumber is going to be Gas Safe registered and your electrician will be NIC EIC certified. Foreman is assigned to every project and stays on site at all times.
