I would strongly advise against using Flawless Builders Our experience has been extremely disappointing. The work was not completed as promised. The quality of the work that was carried out is poor and not to a professional standard. Certain tasks were completely missed (for example, an entire line of bricks is missing from the side of our property). We have photographic evidence of this. He promised to be here six days a week but often failed to turn up when he said he would. He was unreliable and not professional at all. Because of his poor workmanship and the jobs left incomplete, we have had to spend several thousands of pounds extra to put things right. We made several attempts to contact him to agree on a fair solution, but he did not respond. Given the substandard work, unreliability, and the additional costs we have incurred, I do not believe this builder is fit to be in the trade. He should not be entrusted with other people’s homes.
