Service of 2 gas fires was carried out satisfactorily & at a decent price. Unfortunately Frankie took away my User Manual for one of the fires & in spite of repeated promptings has not returned it.

Did not turn up on the day arranged or the alternative. I called to find out where he was after sending several messages and a child answered. I then got a message saying he had been held up at another job and nothing since so went elsewher.
