Assemble Ottoman Bed Frame
Great job! Frankie arrived on time and was really easy to talk to and explain what I needed done. He got stuck straight in...then we hit a problem with a fault in footboard of the bed. Long story short this addes quite a bit of time to the job which I felt awful about but Frankie was great. .he even went to screwfix to try and get the part and also googled online for options. After some chat we decided on best course of action and in less than an hour the bed was done! Great service, will use again. Thank you Frankie.

Assemble Four Flat Pack Garden Chairs
Frankie was great! He assembled our very challenging chairs and even brought the spare screws I had asked for. He also helped us remove a stuck attachment from our strimmer, which had absolutely nothing to do with the job, but he was more than happy to help! The job ended up taking him about an hour longer than he had originally anticipated, so he charged us a little more than the initial quote. However, having tried to assemble the chairs myself, I knew how challenging they were, so I thought the additional charge was more than fair. His original quote was already very affordable, and I still felt we got excellent value for money. He did miss the original agreed time, but he explained what had happened and, ultimately, made sure the job was completed properly. Overall, I was really happy with Frankie and would definitely recommend him! 😊

Frankie was very professional and completed the job in great time and to perfection. I also asked Frankie to fix my toilet roll holder which had come loose from the wall and very kindly did this for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Frankie for any flat pack assembly.

Absolutely great and is very sturdy. It looks amazing. Frankie was tidy and there were no loud noises. Gave me options to move it around if I needed and offered to remove the boxes. A very nice man, very professional .
