Roof Repair
Initially when roofer attended, he gave me all the spiel about being fair and a Christian and that he would do a good job - the job is passable. I was told that I would receive a guarantee on the work undertaken and to date I have not received the guarantee. When I asked for a copy of his insurance. I was told aggressively that I was not going to get a copy. With other companies which I have used I have never had a problem with them providing me with their liability insurance or a full receipt and guarantee for work that has been undertaken. When you pay in excess of one thousand pounds you would expect that you get good customer service, good workmanship and to be provided with documents that you should rightfully have for your own peace of mind. If I had paid by credit card I would have asked for them to reverse the money paid until such time when these matters have been resolved. At this moment in time I would NOT recommend this roofer and I feel let down when I accepted him in good faith and that he is NOT a man of his words.

Dave was the person in was dealing with on time very polite and came. up with some Good idea's we agreed a price for the work and was kept informed of any issues he unearthed will keep his number in my book would highly recommend
