My job was started 20th July but could not be completed because the flooring material was not enough.We agreed the new floor will be ordered and delivered in a week.I was given an option to pay in full or part payment, I paid in full my mistake.I reached out when the flooring arrived and from being busy to fixing a date for 12th August and then refusing to show up on that day and then completely cutting off communication calls messages have been completely ignored. I have been so stressed. Leaving a client with an unfinished job after being paid in full under the promise to return and finish the job is completely unacceptable and dishonest. Save yourself stress and hire a reliable professional instead.
Carpet, Lino Removal and Tip Disposal
Callum arrived promptly as agreed and did a fantastic job removing the carpets from the lounge, bedrooms, and stairs, as well as taking up the vinyl flooring in the kitchen. He even helped by taking away some extra rubbish for us, which was much appreciated. Callum was kind, professional, and worked efficiently, completing everything in no time. He also took the time to talk us through different LVT flooring options for the future. We’re really pleased with his service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!
Lay LVT and Carpet in Multiple Rooms
Callum laid my herringbone laminate flooring in a 2 bed semi. The flooring looks great, if I may say so! He was very professional and provided expert advice throughout.
