Sam and his team arrived early and started the work immediately, he and his team was extremely professional, thorough, proficient and knew their craft, Sam’s team cleared the area and disposed of all the waste that was generated and finished a difficult large job to a very high standard. Sam, Joseph, John, PJ, worked extremely hard long hours every day and cleaned up after themselves. Sam and his team are friendly affable courteous professional honest people, and we were both extremely pleased with the job. From our initial request for a quote to have our roof cleaned and treated, to the job being completed the experience was stress free. After receiving a few quotes we went with First Choice Home improvements, as their reviews were all positive and Sam was extremely knowledgeable when he came to view the property and quote us. Nothing was to much to ask him he answered every question I had on the day and days later when I needed to some clarity on certain aspects of the work to be carried out. Sam always explained everything well and in detail. He was also very amenable when I had to rearrange our initial booked day, it wasn’t an issue at all with him and rescheduled to a date more suitable. The work was carried out as planned and I can honestly say what an amazing job Sam and his colleagues did, you would not believe our roof is 11 years old looking at it now. It looks like a brand new roof again. Our house faces fields so over the years there has been quite a build up of moss and algae, apart from it looking unsightly it’s also not good for the roof itself. The work we had done cleaned the full roof of a 5 bedroom house, the slopping roof over the garage and also over the living room. Once that was done all the gutters and drainpipes cleared and then all roofs sealed. Once all this was done the windows and facias were cleaned. Before leaving the property everything was cleaned up and left tidy. I have to say I was extremely worried when booking this job as my experience in the past when booking professional people hasn’t worked out well. On this occasion though I can honestly say I’m 100% happy and would highly recommend Sam to anyone considering work to be carried out. We want our driveway redoing and I know for definite it will be Sam I contact to do this job for us.

They arrived on time, completed the job asked me to check. The job was completed to an exceptional standard. I am a picky person so everything has to be perfect. The work was of a good standard and, though it was more complex than it appeared and took longer than expected, the price remained the same. They were careful and thorough and showed respect for my property. They left no mess. They also undertook a couple of small additional tasks at no extra cost. Sam gave me a reasonable quote for some further work I had been considering, which I will take him up on.
