Fix Leak in Loft Room Dormer
He took the job for £900.00 within 2 hours he has taken off some tiles from the roof and told us that inside there were bucket and bucket full of water and rotten insulation and also contains dirty Blanket. He scared us and told that now it is £5000.00 job. If you do not agree with the price ,then I am going to do the £900.00 job without giving you any single day gurantee that means if it is started leaking again I am not responsible .We are a pensioner after negotiation we agreed to do the job for £4000.00. At the end, the worker who has done the job has not found any Balanket or Bucket of water .Our condition of work was that without completing the full job , we were not prepared to pay the full money , but he was threating twice if we do not pay full money ,he was going to take off tiles from my roof . In short we can say that his behaviour was very agrresive.
