Jay was professional and friendly, keeping me updated on the progress and any concerns. There were some unexpected issues with a wall - not Jay's fault, however I was kept informed on what needed to happen. The job took a little longer than expected due to the unforeseen issues, but I cannot fault Jay's dedication to getting the work done despite this. I would recommend Jay if you want quality work done.
