Small Hedge Removal
Thomas came and gave us a price for a job I required doing in the front garden. I agreed verbally with the price quoted. He did arrive on the day and time arranged. Thomas needed to go and buy more gravel to complete the job so there was more money to pay which I paid promptly. He did complete this work. We arranged for him to come back on Monday to remove a bin store (discussed on his first visit to give me a price) which he agreed to do. We discussed this job on the day and arranged for him to come back on Monday morning. Thomas never returned to remove the bin store. I did contact him by text, he made a number of excuses, then another text message asked for more money to remove the bin store. I am very disappointed that the job was not completed.

Thomas came out next day to give me a quote, he was professional and had good knowledge of his trade. He completed the work the following day. Would use him again for future garden maintenance.
