The oven and racks were not cleaned properly, which the contact (Ola) acknowledged and agreed to come address it the next morning. Next morning turned into late afternoon, and him no longer taking my calls. Further, the kitchen cupboards were not cleaned at all.

When the booking was made, you informed our team that you wanted an end-of-tenancy cleaning and mentioned that you only had a sofa left in the property. Based on that information, we confirmed that this would not be a problem. Upon arrival, we discovered that the entire property still contained many of your belongings, which significantly hindered our ability to carry out our work. Despite this, we proceeded and even helped move some of your items so we could begin the cleaning. This situation delayed our work, but the team completed their tasks to the best of their ability. After the service, Ola visited the property and recommended returning the next day free of charge to touch up a small area inside the oven and remove a buildup of dirt in the toilet. Unfortunately, Ola experienced a family medical emergency and could not attend, which he communicated to you. He arranged for another staff member to come instead. That staff member was on-site for over three hours, cleared the toilet, and even helped move some of your belongings — all completely free of charge. We do not believe that your review is accurate and feel it is misleading given the full context of the situation. Thank you.
