The work we required was a very Good standard but he continued to do things we didn’t ask for as we are remote and he had access to our properly when we were not there then requested extra payment for original job and more for work not requested even though he was told on more than one occasion I had no more money he continued regardless and now requesting payment.

Michael text to tell me he was on his way arriving 20 minutes later brought dust sheets to cover floor. Overall quality of the job is very good he also cleaned up after he was finished very polite and helpful to deal with.
