Full House Move-Out Cleaning
Company completely underestimated time to carry out this work despite being advised of house size etc. They ran out of time allocated so just packed up and left job not completed. Telephone conversation with their supervisor was bordering on being abusive. Also seemed surprised to have to work with removal men around in spite of being told it was a final removal day. Shall not use them again. Geoff

We take great pride in delivering a high standard of service through competent and experienced teams. With that in mind, we feel your review does not accurately reflect the circumstances of your booking or the quality of work carried out, and therefore does not fairly justify the rating you have given. I personally handled your booking, and while you mentioned that we underestimated the time required, I would like to clarify a few key points. You selected our minimum service duration, and the information you provided about the size and layout of the property did not align with the actual conditions our team encountered upon arrival. There were still personal belongings in the property, and you were moving in and out during the initial stages of the cleaning. This affected our access and inevitably slowed down the team’s progress. Furthermore, there were more rooms than initially stated, including a conservatory, which was not mentioned during our booking conversation. Given the actual state of the property, the more appropriate service would have been an End of Tenancy Clean, rather than a One-Off Domestic Clean, which is intended for lighter, general cleaning rather than the deep and detailed service typically required when vacating a property. That said, I have personally reviewed the before-and-after photos, and I am satisfied that our team delivered excellent results within the timeframe booked: 2 cleaners for 2.5 hours, totalling 5 hours of service. We do appreciate all feedback and take every review seriously, as it helps us to maintain the quality of service we are known for.
