Caravan Interior Remodeling Required
He did everything opposite to what I requested. We agreed on a amount and at the last minute when I was about to pay he added an extra £ 80.00 which I had not agreed to. He left wires exposed. I paid for 3 sheets of chipboard, 1.2 x 2.4 m. At most he used 2 sheets. He then charged me £ 15.00 for 5 minute job of fitting a door chain. He said the job would be finished by Friday, but then was only completed by Saturday 14h00 whilst he was babysitting his very young child on site. He damaged material, which I had to pay for. I asked for a diameter of 15 cm on a outlet pipe, and he made one of 16 cm. He did not do as I requested regarding the whole job and I have a witness who repeated everything that I had requested. He quoted me on materials which I paid for which were not used. Had I known all of this I would have NEVER had used him. The quality of work is appalling ! So overall, he did not adhere to the agreed price, and the standard of the work is at best the quality of a basic crafstman and I was expecting far better. He refused to remove wood and board refuse which I paid £50.00 to remove. I have all the evidence in photos, invoices and a witness if not 2. I will also be doing a review on trust pilot. He refused to reply to my messages after payment. He can dispute whatever he wants to, I have 2 witnesses, photos, and quotes !

Material Usage: Regarding the outlet pipe, I want to clarify that making a hole exactly the same size as the pipe isn’t standard practice. The pipe is for air conditioning and needs to be secured properly to prevent damage. I used leftover plywood instead of foam, as the foam did not hold its position as intended. 3. Additional Costs: The additional charge was solely for the extra materials I used to complete the job effectively. I aimed to deliver the best possible outcome, given the constraints. 4. Project Feasibility: Some of the requests you made, such as creating a frame for the caravan window to fit an air hose, presented unique challenges that I tried to address. However, some ideas were difficult to execute within the time frame. 5. Lessons Learned: This experience has highlighted the importance of clear communication and realistic expectations in project timelines. I regret that we could not meet your expectations this time. Install New Dishwasher in New Build
We recently had Andy come out to install our new dishwasher, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the installation process, which I really appreciated. Andy was efficient, professional, and clearly very skilled at what he does. The installation was done smoothly with great attention to detail, and he made sure everything was set up properly. He also left the area clean and tidy, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend Andy to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced job.
Replace Old Garage Doors With Wooden
Andy suggested a solution I would not have thought of and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. I now have an attractive locked storage space instead of a broken garage door. Could not be more pleased.
Install Outdoor Water Tap
Andy did an excellent job he was very reasonable and and completed the job very promptly I will definitely use him again for works to be done in my property and I would highly recommend him to friends and family
Laminate Flooring Installation
Sloppy work, took the money and didnt finish the job. Joins on the skirting are messy. Odd patterns. 'FORGOT" to price for some things so paid extra and didnt even finish the job. Told me 3 days in a row that he would come back and finish but didnt show.
F.a. Property solutionsHi Holly, This is not the case at all, I moved my work around to fit you in as you was on a tight timescale as was moving in on the Saturday and I started on the Monday. Skirtings are installed and then decoration is required, this is not part of fitting skirtings. I had all intentions of coming to do your additional floors in the bathrooms which was not the original scope of works. My work for the rest of the week didn’t go to plan as was unable to come over, I was in full communication all the time regarding this. There is one piece of skirting left to do which I am more than happy to complete. I messaged you in the week about the weekend and I didn’t get a reply back. Then on Saturday morning you ask where I am? I then said I will do Sunday or Monday. Then you didn’t reply again and left me this review which I think is very unfair.
