Prepare And Paint Exterior House Walls
It looks good from a distance, but the details are poor. When he came to look at the job, I showed Paul Graves that new sealing would be needed around the windows. He said that this would be done. It wasn't done, and so these areas look a mess. When I brought it to his attention, Paul said that they don't do sealing and I would need to get someone else to do it (not what he said when he wanted the job). There are places where the paint is thin and the "slush coat" shows through. They broke a piece of gutter - they replaced it, but didn't fit the rubber seal, so it poured water over some windows. When I first raised the problem issues with Paul, he agreed that it wasn't acceptable and he did a lot of work himself to sort things out, until he ran out of time that day. On his last visit, Paul was in a lot of pain from a back problem. This seemed to mean that his temper was very short. He said that things which hadn't been acceptable the previous time were now just me being too picky. He also said that he was thinking of closing the business, so I don't think the promised guarantee is worth anything.
Paint Front House Masonry Walls
Paul turned up on time, did a great job of smartening up my house for the price quoted. I couldn’t be happier. I will be in touch again next year to have the existing old render on my house stripped off and replaced..
