Quick reply to advert and good information given via whts app including references from previous work which was impressive. Was impressed also with the spray gun used in external painting of the house and facias-was also impressed with updates of work being undertaken thorough out the job. Very approachable and easy to talk too about the work being undertaken-was available quickly to start the job which suited me very much-price was ok. However started two days later than agreed which meant work completion ran over the time given for the job and did not completely finish the job-as the rain came. Was due to come back but didnt-extra charge for mullions and window sills for front of the house which wasnt made clear to me-not happy about that aspect and despite agreeing to pay the extra did not finish as moved next door and then ran out of good weather before winter set in-also not happy about requests for money before job completed toward the end of the work. Nice fella but I think the job turned out a bit bigger than expected for him with the resources available-did however source scaffolding quickly when that was eventually needed. Would I use again-possibly but with clearer ground rules set about exactly what will be done.
