Expert Property Maintenance provides professional multi-trade property maintenance, decorating and refurbishment services across Greater Manchester, Cheshire and surrounding areas.
Over the last two years we have completed a wide range of residential and rental-property projects, from individual repairs and full redecoration through to substantial property refurbishments and end-of-tenancy works.
A large part of our work is painting and decorating, including full-property redecoration, preparation and repair of damaged surfaces, wallpapering and finishing work. Alongside this, our team carries out carpentry and joinery, plaster repairs and skimming, flooring, doors, skirting and architraves, wall panelling, fencing, external works and general property repairs and improvements.
Our multi-trade approach means customers can use one company for several elements of a project rather than having to organise a number of separate contractors. We regularly undertake refurbishment and void-property work where decorating, repairs, joinery and other finishing works all need coordinating.
We work with **homeowners, landlords, letting agents and property managers**, and are equally happy carrying out an individual job or taking responsibility for a larger programme of works.

Toilet Door Replacement and Repair
Unacceptable due to poor workmanship and delays. Constantly didn’t turn up on time and didn’t complete job as agreed. Tried charging more by saying it isn’t what he agreed etc even after sending me a copy of the scope of works that I advertised for. I wouldn’t recommend this company or handy person to anyone.

Home Repairs and Smoke Alarm Fix
We have raised a few jobs includes the main primary issue we had to fix sliding door. Price quoted was reasonable, on the first visit job was done neatly. However, due to repairer personal circumstances the siding door jobs was postponed for couple of weeks as incomplete, we have to find someone else to finish off the job
