Refelting
Initially the contact was great and well orginased. Unfortunately after the initial fix the leak persisted. Martin came back round and reassured us he had sorted the issue. Next rainfall the leak continued so I attempted to contact him to ask him to return. Again, my messages were ignored. We finally got a response when he answered a call from my partner (whose number he did not recognise). He agreed a date to return but did not show up. I have tried to contact him on every number I have and via other platforms but to no avail. I am desperate for the problem to be fixed before any additional damage is done. The ‘15 year guarantee’ is of no use if he ignores me. Unfortunately, following legal advice, I have now had to spend time submitting a formal complaint.
