It was ok. Sam was very good at giving advice and said yes I could get you this and that but didn't. He also wasn't too sure of the weather. He needed encouragement to start the job and then could leave if the weather became bad. He changed the day of starting several times and when he completed the job he sent me a text that was inappropriate in nature.

Despite prompt communication and quote in writing given at the beginning with a day agreed, this trader did not complete their job for complete unknown reasons. He arrived at the property in the morning, rang me to ask something which I did not understand (I’m a teacher and was in the middle of a live lesson) so I asked him to get started and that I would talk to him at break time. When I went downstairs at 10.30, he was nowhere to be seen. I tried to rang him, he did not pick up and then it simply went to voicemail straightaway so I think he has now blocked me. I’ve texted him and no response. I’ve found some reviews of him on other websites and they are all very similar to my experience contrary to the ones he showed me. So, I would recommend any future potential customers to NOT use this unprofessional trader...as your job won’t be done or very likely not done correctly seeing the way he is treating his customers.
