Paint 8 Newly Installed Internal Doors
Poor work. The man rushed the job & was sloppy. The paintwork has patches & would have needed another coat however he refused. He also painted over handles & hinges that were recent new. He claimed the painting was excellent despite me pointing out flaws. I gave him opportunity to come back next day to address my concerns however he refused & demanded a full payment whilst refusing to leave me house. I felt intimidated in my own home. I made partial payment & have since refused final payment as I will need to get another painter to sort his job. I do not recommend using this person.
ERC Service & RepairsI strongly dispute the statements made in this review. The agreed scope of work was to paint 8 doors for £280. The work was completed in one full working day to a professional standard. Completing the job efficiently does not reduce the agreed value of the service. Any concerns raised were discussed at the end of the job. I did not refuse reasonable touch-ups; however, the main issue became a disagreement regarding the agreed payment after the work had already been completed. I remained calm and professional at all times. At no point did I behave in an intimidating manner. When asked, I left the property and waited outside while the situation was being discussed. A partial payment was made despite the original agreed amount being £280. I take pride in my workmanship and conduct my business with honesty and professionalism. My record of satisfied clients reflects this.
