We were looking for someone to update our bathroom and had been given a quote for £££££ by another plumber. Carl was reasonable priced and was able to do a number of other jobs whilst he was there, including fixing our shower, water softener and new fridge. Thanks Carl you made our house a nicer place to be. Also you were a pleasure to have around.

Carl went above and beyond on this one - unfortunately had to postpone as he was dealing with another client (who was 8 months pregnant, in my book this just is further proof of the lengths he'll go to for his customers), but came by the next day, helped us search for the outside water shut off and eventually did all the work for no additional cost despite all the hiccups. I'd definitely ask him back if we ever needed anything else doing and recommend to my friends!

Bathroom Installation
The work was rushed and sloppy and despite saying he would return to complete the tidying up of some of the damage caused he has not. I haven't heard from him since, thankfully i haven't paid in full and have no intention of contacting him. i have taken advice from someone who has been in the trade for years regarding the work and the words were not kind to say the least. Seemed like a genuine guy but I would recommend you steer clear to be honest.

Rusty's Services and MaintenanceI'm sorry to hear you feel this way I have no idea why you would say the work is sloppy!! What exactly are you NOT happy with? Not the say so of someone else Tracey just your opinion please. I said I wouldn't be available for a little while and you said it was fine to fit you in when convenient. I fitted 2 toilets and a basin to your existing, one toilet needed boxing behind and all for a good budget. All I have left to do is fill some holes and paint. The plumbing was left 100% watertight and to a good standard. I am confused. I will be in contact.

Carl turned up when he said he would. He gave a quote which was extremely reasonable. He did a highly professional job; he was very friendly and mannerly. He was tidy at the end of the job. There were no hidden costs. I am a woman living on my own. I would say that this chap is more than reliable and would recommend him. If you need anything else done other than plumbing he can recommend other trusted tradesmen to do a job.
