About
We specialise in building maintenance and repairs. Our focus has been on commercial properties such as David Lloyd Gyms and buildings owned by commercial property
companies in Liverpool Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham.
More recently we've been doing residential property maintenance and improvements.
We cover the following as work type:-
1) All types of glazing including
doors and windows, whether
new installs or repairs. If you would like to brighten the house then look no further than our large mirror installs and if internal privacy is required we can add architectural privacy film to all window types to stop neighbours prying eyes.
2) Garden fencing installs and repairs. We have various fencing and gate options available to enhance your outdoor living spaces.
3) Loft ladder / hatch and flooring installs. We also assist with loft insulation Installs and repairs. We also have an existing colleague who now owns his own roofing company if you need roof repairs or new Installs.
4) Aesthetic improvements such as Spray Painting kitchens and internal doors, external window or building spray painting to revitalise your external property look and feel. Stylish room remodelling such as installations of acoustic media walls, replacing or modernisation of Internal doors and downstairs bathroom Installs.
