On the day he turned up when he said he would and did the job to an excellent standard. He then sent the invoice which I was able to pay by BACS which was another positive. Would thoroughly recommend.

A frequent difficulty for roofing jobs is seeing and understanding what needs doing and that the work has been done well. They wrote a clear report of the issues with photos. Photos of the finished work and details of other areas that could need future work where clearly explained.

JImmy was very professional and friendly from our first contact to the completion of the job. He had great communications skills, keeping me updated throught the process. He took photos of the work and put everything we had discussed in writing. He also gave me a 10 year guarantee of his work. We have to put a lot of faith in our roofers and I do not feel that my faith was misplaced.
