After I put out my advert, they responded really promptly with clear instructions on how they could help with my gas fire service and fix the broken valve. They were incredibly professional, had a very quick turnaround, and did a thorough job. Plus, they were really polite and made the whole process super smooth. I'd definitely recommend them!
Annual Boiler Service & Error Fix
I posted a job this morning and he replied really quickly. With it being a Friday - and me being without hot water - I was very happy with the response time! But… as I had never used the site before, I also a little dubious. He was able to visit this afternoon and was open and honest in his communication with regards to arrival time, which was excellent! He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable, which immediately set me at ease. He even gave me some advice about the upkeep of my boiler/heating system. Which I sincerely appreciate and will use. Ultimately, the job was completed quickly and efficiently! …As a result, I’ve now have hot water, a lovely warm house, and a number saved in my phone as “Elite - Boiler Person”. Would absolutely recommend!

I was very impressed with Komor, good Comms for when he was going to arrive, serviced the boiler with the minimum of fuss and was very clean and tidy. Tap and Boiler Repair
The tradesperson was very professional and fixed the problem quickly while explaining to me all the possible reasons for the problem in the first place. He assured me that there is a one year warranty on his work and promised he will return free of charge (labour) in case there was an issue with another part from the boiler. All in all I am very satisfied with the service. Big shout out to him! Thank you very much!!!
