Working in property maintenance for over 20 years im a qualified plumber who works in and around the area of Norwich and over a range of around 50 miles . Im fully insured and can cover jobs such as any plumbing works , kitchen refits, bathroom refits, painting and decorating, gardening and grounds works , fencing and gate building, shed building, all end of tenancy maintenance, fire safety protection services. Like for like electrics.
I have my water regulations certificate, BPEC.
I am able to offer installation and service of unvented cylinders..
I pride myself in giving good standards of work for a good price and will offer free estimates.

Replace Bath with Walk-In Shower
Joe and his team have done an amazing job replacing our broken bath and old washbasin with a walk in shower and new basin. Joe also replaced some broken pipes in the kitchen. He was the first person to respond to my job request and the first to give me a very reasonable quote. He started the job as soon as all the materials had arrived (after he had helped us to order what we needed) and completed it half a day ahead of his estimate. This job has been done to the highest standard and my husband and I are so pleased with our new look bathroom. We won't hesitate to call Joe to help with any other jobs as he and his company are so helpful and professional. I was tearing my hair out when the bath cracked and didn't know what to do and Joe and his team couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish, including leaving our flat cleaner than it was to start with! Thank you so much Joe.
Replace Broken TRVs on Radiators
Joe kept us informed and arrived on time to give quotation. Completed part of repair while he was here. Still work to do, but very pleased so far. Very helpful regarding future work.. Would recommend
Relocate Radiator for Furniture Placement

Replace Broken Mains Water Stop Tap
Perfect! Joe did an amazing job fixing a complex plumbing issue at my property. Having recently moved into a 500+ year old property with some plumbing issues I felt a bit overwhelmed on what to do. Joe was at hand immediately, tremendously affordable compared to what else is out there, as well as fast and effective at handling the niche issues I was experiencing (including for example replacing my broken prehistoric stop tap). He was flexible and fitted around all of my urgent scheduling needs. Couldn't have possibly hoped for a smoother experience. Joe is a top professional and would most heartily recommend!

Last year Mr Williams built a six foot boundary fence with a custom designed gate - that was an excellent job so when I needed a new PIR light installed and a new bathroom vent fitted I didn’t hesitate to call Mr Williams. He did an excellent job on both and even adjusted my conservatory door so that I could lock it! Excellent work and I have booked him to install a new shower room in June. Highly recommended.
