Egis FinishesDear customer I have charged you for my time and it still was not fare on me. Unfortunately you and me could not put the fire place surrounding together as there was factory mistake in packaging. Yes of course there was possibly way of doing it, but than i am liable for product warranty. Please explain where is the difference when me and you can't put it together in the evening and we bouth agreed that there is mistake in packaging. And magically you put it together in the morning? Please remember that Egis Finishes do not bodge jobs. If you are looking for someone like that you did wasted my time. But thank you I have learned my lesson.
