Repair Leak in Pitched Slate Roof
Job was completed to a good standard. Didn't stick to the contract asking for more money after the deposit was paid for materials that should have been covered. Time keeping was bad, contract stated works would be complete in 6 days but took almost a month
E&E ROOFING LTDIm actually quite taken aback in regards to this review. The said job was booked in to commence on July 28th, a scheduled time that you stated was in place, arrangements had been made for 5 operatives to carry out the project in the time that you stated. After numerous attempts to contact you, one being that you left a member of our office team on hold for 26 minutes, you contacted us again on the 30th of August saying you was ready to start the work. We again accommodated you and asked for the necessary deposit to be paid. This being said we agreed on a price and you asked me to lower this, again i accommodated you. A payment was made to us by credit card, ( through swipe) incurring us charges. This was never agreed. The works carried out were of the highest standard.when final payment was asked for you again paid via credit card still owing 470 pounds. We as a company went above and beyond. You also asked me to price a job for you in se13 that incurred us yet more money for building regs and quotes...we dealt with all of your requirements and requests..we have never had a problematic review on any platform.....we wish you well in your future endeavours...
