Repair And Quote For Guttering Fascias
Was given a quote for £350 to realign and seal the gutters, so the water could flow down to the drainpipe. I asked questions about whether it's possible with the brackets and state of the existing materials and I was assured it could be done. The roofer turned up, spent ~2 hours working on it before telling me it's not possible. He'd sealed the gutters but it's not possible to align them, so the problem wasn't fixed. ... But still charged £350. I still have water flowing down the back of my house but I'm now 350 out of pocket and will need to pay someone else to fix the problem. Not happy at all.

Repoint Gulleys and Fix Gutter Drainage
Paid him when done abd he said he'd email me a receipted invoice that included 5 years guarantee - never received this . His father then phoned me a couple of days after asking me if I still wanted the job doing..... so what is that - someone pretending to be eco roofs or a complete scam !!! His van had eco roofs signs on it. I texted his father reminding him of the receipt and guarantee, but he never replied.....

Came within 2 hours and have put in quick fix to stop the leak
Replace Cement in Roof Valleys
The estimated was £800 after removing some roof tiles he said it was going to cost £3,000 to change the valleys during the job he has broken the guttering and left cement on the resin drive
Chimney Capping for Two Storey House
James was very polite and efficient he showed me photos before he did the job and after and I am pleased with the job he did
Fix Leaking Extension Roof Valley
Completed the original task of curing roof leak. Also pointed out other problems which they corrected at original cost. I also took the opportunity of them being on site to complete some other jobs I needed doing, including replace soffits, guttering and dry verge capping, all at extra agreed cost of £800.
