The job was quoted and completed promptly, professionally and to the agreed price. Can't really ask for more than that. The job was quoted at a fair price two hours after I posted it on this site on a Sunday and confirmed in person on Monday morning. The installation was not urgent, so was completed a week later, as arranged. Everyone turned up when they said they would and were all nice people; the installer did the job professionally and without any mess, taking into account my requirements and preferences (which were all sensible and reasonable as I am a professional engineer). There were no issues with cost growth or any other sort of quibbling; the price paid was the price quoted. Overall I was very satisfied and would recommend.
