Ethan contacted me within 24 hours of my Saturday evening job submission. After a brief text chat and sending photos, for plumbing in a badly leaking kitchen sink, we agreed a quote and arranged a time. for the next day. Ethan kept in contact and responded in good time to texts. He arrived promptly, along with his assistant Nathan, and they completed the job rapidly, fully tidying up afterwards. Ethan explained the work and further issues with the sink set-up (which I suspected) very clearly. I fully expect to contact him in the New Year for further necessary work. He gave me a lift to the garage to collect my car from a service after the job, too. A very friendly and efficient team.
