Great service from the team. John came round at a suitable time for me and we discussed the options for my low gradient, almost flat roof that had been failing for years on my kitchen extension. Other tradesman had quoted for tiles, the roof isn't suitable for tiles and now it's been completely revamped within 1 week of the quote. The team were very friendly, professional and a credit to the company. They explained what they were doing and gave me little updates throughout the day. I will be using East Coast again when I need my full roof redoing. The next door neighbour has commented on how good it looks, i think they will be wanting John's number too😂 The price was very competitive, it made it affordable to me, the bonus of a 20 year guarantee will be very attractive to potential new owners when I sell in the future.
