Bathroom Silicone and Tap Replacement
As soon as he walked into the bathroom, before even taking off the panel, he started talking about “erosion,” which felt scripted. He told me I would need to replace my pipes. I googled what he said and found that the level of erosion he described could actually be cleaned, especially since it was minimal. When I asked him about cleaning instead of replacing, he replied, “You’re not paying me to clean them,” which completely took me aback. He then spent two hours in the bathroom doing nothing, claiming he had the wrong tools. We agreed he would come back the next day — only for me to discover afterward that he hadn’t even turned my water back on. so called a real plumber to change my taps - O he also said he was a 300 plus job to change bathroom taps !!! Be wary of this cowboy.
E’A Plumbing & Heating ServicesHiya sorry the inconvenience that it may had caused you. the engineer on site mentioned that you had a spend cap of £80. During the engineer visual inspection your father was constantly smoking in the same work area as the engineer. Which isn’t safe. money can be tight at times. But you can’t expect a service £80 to replace bathroom sealant, Basin Taps, & Bath taps at that rate you was trying to draw blood from a stone.

He was very polite and responsive and carefully explained what the issue was and how he resolved it. His charges were fair.
