He replaced the lock so far so good ..contractors ask for immediate reviews nowadays, the trend is to do one small or good job. .then they become cowboy builders ...the guy knew what to do, did not need much interaction or explanation. .I sent him a picture of the lock I needed and was all very straight forward. .that's how it should be. .I said I will need him for other works. .let's see if he comes straight when need it and he Does future jobs the same way. .and how long the new lock will last. .I hope all good!

Turned up on time which is very unusual with a lot of tradesmen. Did the job although had to get new unit.
