Quick response and turnaround. Unfortunately the dishwasher was beyond repair, but they arranged for a replacement extremely quickly.
Replace Fridge Freezer Door Bracket
Marcel was very knowledgable and competent, carrying out a repair to my fridge freezer quickly and to a high standard. He also fixed the handle on my microwave and gave me lots of advice on looking after my appliances. Communication was good and payment straightforward. Excellent trades person, I highly recommend him.
Repair Leaking Washing Machine Drain Hose
Marcel was fantastic. He quickly identified that the issue was actually with the drain hose rather than the washing machine, and although it wasn't really an appliance repair, he kindly fixed it anyway. He was friendly, professional and very efficient, even in the hot weather. He also cleaned our tumble dryer and gave us some helpful advice about our fridge. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended!
