DR Property have been delivering property maintenance services, inside and outside homes, in Kent and Sussex for over 15 years, tunring great houses into homes. We have great experience of all types of properties, including modern flats, bugalows, semi-detached, detached, period and listed properties.
Our services include renovations throught the home including painting, decorating, flooring (inc. replacement of period floorboards), insulation, bathroom and kitchen fitting, carpentry inc. wooden window conservation and whole house/barn/outhouse renovations.
For period properties, we have great links to local reclaimation yards ensuring that any period feature or fitting can be found to match and complement existing fittings.
Outside your home, we've delivered standalone garden office installations, extensions to main lviing spaces, shed and fence installations, groundworks/hard landscaping and of course all forms of garden maintenance.
