The job could not be completed because Mark kept coming up with excuses as to why he could not turn up on the agreed upon day. He had a flat tyre, the weather was bad and his van got stolen. His crew turned up once and did a terrible job starting the roof. They ruined the timber by putting it up incorrectly and they dissapered for over 2 hours. They wasted 2 weeks by coming up with excuses for not completely the job. We had to buy new timber and redo their work. Mark was also very unprofessional on the phone. He wouldnt answer his phone and we had to call him 20 times and send numerous messages when he didn't turn up. He did not apologise for the inconvenience he caused and he didn't seem concerned getting the work done. It was our kitchen roof so we couldn't cook, wash clothes etc. Do not use this company.
