Predominantly dedicated to house alterations (not structural) mostly fixture and fittings such as door hinge reverse opening, moving a light switch etc.
Work that, on the face of it, looks to be a task that can be performed within a half a day. And certainly no greater than 2 days.
Price can be hourly but prefer project based setting...so long as there's little feature creepage in requirements.
Experienced home owner ought to be enough qualifications. But I was a electronic engineer for over 30yrs with HND in system engineering.
Been working for around 4 years or so.
