Michael was shifty from the start. Rather than focus on the job he was asked to do, kept trying to talk me into other jobs. In the end he didn't finish the job and left a pile of rubbish. Then when I tried to call him, ignored phone calls for a week. I persisted and when he did eventually answer the phone hung up on me once I identified myself.
