Daniel responded quickly by calling me within about 30 mins of me posting the job and was able to visit the the property and undertake emergency works within 2 hours. He'll call back tomorrow to assess the damage and the next steps to repair the property once it sufficiently dries out. My neighbour got Welsh Water to disconnect the water from outside but Daniel's visit and fix to the busted pipe gave added reassurance at this difficult time.
