Assemble 3 Double Storage Beds
Asked if had assembled beds before and he had. Had all the tools with him so saved using the basic tools that come with the bed. Methodical in his approach as all beds differ but overall polite and helpful and knew how to assemble the beds which to be fair the first one wasn't straight forward but once one was done then the other 2 were easier.

Nice chap .Didn't clear up very well after himself found lots of spares on floors!!! Took an awful long time to do 3 items .
Replace Toilet Cistern
Job still ongoing Review on completed work will follow. He was polite, sensitive and amenable. He had knowledge and appeared skilful.
Repair Shower Door and Head
turned out to be quite a difficult job as fixtures are not available and he had to improvise - did a brilliant job
Repair Heated Towel Rail
Direk was great. He responded quickly to my advert and visited to do the job within an hour or so. He went above and beyond to solve the problem and charged a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend.
