Tile Repair and Re-grouting
Pros - very responsive, good attention for detail and happy to help with small jobs. In particular the re-grouting and silicone was done well and thoroughly. I appreciated his expertise on several matters which ensured a more long lasting outcome. Cons - cut tiles inside making a lot of dust over fresh laundry and misunderstood some of the job so didn’t cost all aspects in the original quote (although it may be that I wasn’t clear enough).
Replace Mixer Taps for Bath
