Repair Bedroom Wall Cracks
Had some serious structural wall cracks on 2 ends of bedroom, and some minor cracks around the room Chris did a good job sorting it, was so stressed with this issue but Chris has reassured me and skimming the whole room too . Had some lighting issues while on job, Chris came back same day evening after finishing for the day and sorted it, happened again next day he came back really late about 9pm again sorted it, eventually he found the actual problem which was causing the lights issue which happened while knocking down the wall and fixed it. Willing to come back to put the radiator back on after painting the bedroom and sort my creaky bathroom door at the same time. Thanks Chris I know it was a very challenging and frustrating job but you did it. Thank you
Repair Large Hole in Wall
Came Sunday night did brilliant job has accepted to wait 2 weeks to pay no builders in the uk would agree to do that ! Again did a brilliant job and I’m happy with the result

Patch Hole and Skim Kitchen Ceiling
Devlin Builders were very efficient. No fuss, no mess, everything covered and protected. Ceiling repair very good. Total satisfaction.
Plaster Windows and Bathroom Ceiling
Chris came to originally do some plastering around windows and to skim a bathroom ceiling. He ended up being here for almost two weeks!!! I was so happy with the superb standard of his work…..that I found everything I could for him to do while I had him here. Nothing has been too much trouble…he is such a nice guy who gives great advice and explains everything thoroughly……with no expectations….hes so honest and fair. I’ve had so much work completed that really needed doing but couldn’t find the right person!…..All I can say is….Chris is your man….he can do anything and everything. A smashing fella who takes a great pride in his work…..in future ANYTHING a that needs doing I will ask Chris to do. It’s been great finding him…..he’s old school ….doesnt cut corners and works nonstop! All in all top notch!!! Use him….you won’t be disappointed!👌

Excellent customer service. Came straight away when he said he would arrive. Was very open and honest. Really helpful too. Even said I could pay him at a later date. As soon I as next get paid! I really appreciate it and I fully recommend devlin builders. Thanks again!
