I was initally given the wrong over the phone, the guy was very apologetic and had a look at the job which was about £120 more than initial quote. Job completed but still awaiting the guarantee. I have contacted company who send guarantee would be posted, but nothing as yet.
Delaney DigitalHi Melissa I'm very sorry I have not sent the guarantee it was my mistake I was suppose to drop it in when I was passing I will make sure this is delivered personally tomorrow your information and completed job is on my system so there would never be a problem anyway with reguard to the guarantee, with reguard to the quote it was an over the phone quote which was just responding of my job quote, in all my work I ask to go and personally inspect the job it's very difficult to go of word of mouth on email/ phone as to what work needs doing and initial testing of exsisting aerial systems. Again I'm very sorry I haven't sent you the guarantee it will be with you tomorrow afternoon. Many thanks Jason
